Early Bird Registrations are offered as an incentive to register and pay to secure your place early along with subsequent farmer and sponsor registrations.

Full Conference package includes two days of Conference and plenary sessions, ADC Welcome Function Dinner, ADC Gala Dinner and Friday Night Happy Hour. 

ADC accepts individual and group registrations.

Accommodation Bookings 

Delegates are required to make their own travel and accommodation bookings for the conference. A great place to start for accommodation options around the Conference venue is via Adelaide Convention Centre Accommodation options site to stay close and connected.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee, will be made on any cancellations received by the specified date. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after this date, although substitute delegates will be accepted.

Insurance

Participants shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the conference. We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking your travel, you take out travel insurance policy of your choice. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.

Condition of Entry

It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.
