Australia’s premier dairy event ADC 2026 returns

Australia’s premier dairy event ADC 2026 returns to the central hub of Melbourne to bring the best of dairy thinking to Victoria’s capital.

Victorian dairy farmer & industry leader Ella Credlin has been appointed 2026 ADC Programming Chair to lead development of the 2026 ADC Program.

Ella and her husband Jed launched their dairy enterprise, Boshier Farms, nearly a decade ago— despite both coming from non-farming backgrounds and now operate a thriving business milking 2,200 cows across four farms and employing 16 people.

Ella brings a strong background in commercial agribusiness to the role of Chair along with a deep understanding of the current market and industry landscape through her leadership roles with WestVic Dairy Board and the Gardiner Foundation.

Program curation is already well underway with the ADC 2026 Programming Committee meeting in Melbourne in June.

What an incredible evening to gather and celebrate the best in Australian dairy. The night was memorable and inspiring as we applauded and recognised outstanding achievement and contributions to ADC as well as crowning the 2025 Innovator Award winner.

Australian singer-songwriter John Schumann held a captivated audience with his oration and performance of 'I was only 19' in a stirring rendition that led to a standing ovation from the 650 strong audience in a moment etched forever in the history of the Australian Dairy Conference.

Truly a night to remember at ADC 2025 Gold Coast.

ADC 2025 Gold Coast was also an opportunity to recognise and thank the incredible Carlene Dowie for her services to ADC.

Carlene, a celebrated dairy journalist and editor of The Australian Dairyfarmer, has been an integral member of the ADC Programming Committee for the last 15 years lending her insights, wisdom and connections to help forge the content, topics and discussions brought to fruition each year.

ADC is very grateful for Carlene's immense contribution over many years leaving very big shoes to fill! Carlene was recognised at the ADC Gala Dinner with a heartfelt message by ADC producer and close colleague Esther Price.

Carlene thank you for your legacy and involvement and know you are forever part of the ADC family and community.
