$50,000 raised for charity partner Boys to the Bus

$50,000 raised for charity partner Boys to the Bush.

A remarkable night and spectacle at the ADC Gala Dinner hosted by Rabobank saw incredible effort to raise funds to help disengaged young males in regional communities.

Thanks to the generosity of auction bidders, and another commissioned painting, we can confirm the final tally raised totalled the $50k mark to be dontated to the great work of Matt Seiter and his team at Boys to the Bush.

ADC caught up with Matt to find out exactly what this money means and the difference for young males including those who have been visiting dairy farms across Australia.

ADC is an event for farmers, by farmers.

ADC 2026 Melbourne recognised two retiring ADC Board Directors Liza Fahey and Jo Bills.

Liza Fahey has served on the Board since 2014 bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and guidance via her extensive involvement across the dairy sector in Western Victoria and has played a major role in the direction of ADC over the last decade.

Jo Bills has brought valuable strategic insights to her ADC Director role across global and national dairy industry analytics and perspectives - and has also been a presenter many times for ADC imparting her knowledge and insights.

We thank both Directors for their valuable contribution over extended periods and ADC will forever form a part of their dairy journey - and a special place at ADC.

ADC 2026 Melbourne concluded on Friday afternoon with a look at dairy tech with an agri-futurist, dairy farmer early adopters, practical tech applications and a look at how farmers can celebrate the industry via meaningful connections and storytelling.

A fitting finale and final afternoon for Australia's premier dairy event to prove the Australian dairy industry is truly more than just milk.

Powerful. Emotive. Impacting.

Day 2 of ADC 2026 Melbourne started with incredible inspiration, motivation and reflection as proceedings were led by the powerful journey of Australian tennis star Jelena Dokic @dokic_jelena speaking on self-worth, self-confidence and self-motivation.

Carli Phillips, @corporatewellbeinghub backed up this session with insightful mechanisms to address health and wellbeing before Wiremu and Marsella Edmonds shared their story and delivered an emotive version of ‘Stand in the Gap’ that left the ADC delegation speechless (no dry eyes here!!) and empowered to improve workplace safety.

A session that delivered impact on many levels with the sentiment to make real change within our own culture and workplaces.

An incredible evening bringing together the best in Australian dairy. Once again keeping guests on the edge of their seats and generosity at the fore for causes that make a difference.

An amazing spectacle where we celebrated 25 years of Rabobank involvement in ADC, service to ADC by Board members, Innovator Award winner and a charity auction that delivered plenty of surprises along with a staggering $48,500 raised for @boystothebush to help with their programs with disengaged young males.

Brad Blaze @wittypainter dazzled guests with his creations including favourites of the Australian dairy industry - man's best friend and working dog, the iconic Holstein in a glitter version and a recognisable figure in our industry - legend auctioneer Brian Leslie who has helped us at ADC on numerous occasions and was gifted the artwork to take pride of place at his home!

A huge thank you to Rabobank as host, MC Kirsten Diprose @ruralpodcastingco, key partners, Brad Blaze for sharing his magic and generous members of the Australian dairy industry for making the ADC Gala Dinner another memorable occasion.

The ADC Innovator finalists impressed the Australian dairy industry with their 5 minute pitch of their market-ready ideas and innovations from young dairy beef chews, time on pasture productivity, mobile solar energy solutions and breeding for improved cow survival.

Well done to the finalists and Daniel Carson who was awarded the 2026 winner at the ADC Gala Dinner on Thursday evening.

The ADC Morning Milk Run saw the eager dairy runners amongst us head off around Melbourne's Tan Track for a 3.8km run, walk and stroll thanks to the team at Halter.

There were front runners, social strollers and even some trying to complete a PB over the picturesque loop with smiles, competitive spirt and fellowship. A great way to start ADC 2026 Melbourne in what has now become an ADC tradition
