On receipt of this form, the organisers will process your credit card and a confirmation letter together with credit card and tax receipt will be forwarded to you within seven working days.
Conference delegates can choose between a whole-conference package, or if preferred, can select to attend individual components. Pricing is structured to encourage people to choose the ‘whole experience’. Tours to farms in the region on February 20, 21 and 24 are optional extras.
Intending delegates should note that several milk companies plus Dairy Australia (via the Regional Development Programs) are offering scholarship packages for young persons to attend the event. We encourage you to contact your local RDP or your milk supplier to explore options to apply for funding to attend.

A full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be made on any cancellations received by January 16. No accommodation can be refunded after this date. A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on any cancellations received by February 6. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after February 6, although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. Any refunds owing will be not be paid until the conclusion of the conference.
Participants shall be regarded as carrying their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the conference. We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking your travel, you take out travel insurance policy of your choice. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration brochure are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. The Australian Dairy Conference Ltd and the conference organisers, Esther Price Promotions, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the tour and conference.
It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.
