Brad and the Countrywide Conference and Events Management (CCEM) team are the go-to company for agriculture industry events responsible for operation of some of Australia’s biggest agriculture gigs from ADC to BeefEx, LambEx and Wagyu through to state government gatherings. Backed by a team of conference and event professionals, Brad has more than 20 years’ experience resulting in a high level of customer service for both event organisers, delegates, sponsors and trade. When not relaxing on his beautiful acreage on the outskirts of Albury, he can be found demonstrating his horsemanship at the latest regional eventing championship.
Beck is a master of bringing big ideas and bold conversations to the fore. Joining the ADC team in 2024, Beck brings a career grounded in agricultural extension, with nearly two decades of experience designing and delivering programs that drive real change across regional Australia. As Program Manager, she brings a wealth of experience across events like DairySA’s Innovation Day and Central Conference, as well as Dairy Australia’s Raising the Roof—creating content that strikes the perfect balance between inspiration and practical takeaways. A seasoned facilitator and extension specialist, Beck has worked alongside producers, advisors and rural communities to craft programs, drive change, and foster genuine connection. When she’s not knee-deep in programming, you’ll find her running her own consultancy or pulling pints at her family-owned microbrewery in SA.
Natalie has somehow managed to turn agricultural event communications into a specialised artform. She joined ADC in 2018 overseeing a rebrand injecting a renewed vibrancy into ADC to help steer the event to where it is today. Over the last decade she has concentrated her efforts in the agricultural sector now extending her reach across ADC, LambEx and BeefEx as the pillars in her comms stable with in depth knowledge of agricultural audiences. Married to a dairy farmer, Natalie resides on farm in Broadmarsh, Tasmania living the dream in gum boots and blunnies between her desktop duties.
Shareena manages and oversees the role of ADC Secretariat where she oversees everything from reporting, budget management and accountability, contract management, Board succession and governance requirements. She is the Queen Bee when it comes to ensuring seamless and smooth project management and budgeting with extensive experience in corporate governance and reporting. Based out of Tallygaroopna in Victorian dairy heartland, Shareena lives and breathes the rural lifestyle running a small family farm and being intrinsically involved in her local regional community.
Jessica is part of the Countrywide Conference and Event Management (CCEM) team working alongside Bradley Hayden to deliver seamless and efficient events. Jess is the main contact point for many ADC stakeholders and with her infectious smile is always a pleasure to help and assist. When away from the desk, Jess is kept very busy toddler wrangling and overseeing her family equine business in New South Wales.
Deanne is a natural connector with a passion for building strong partnerships that bring ideas to life, she draws on over two decades of experience delivering events that strengthen Australia’s dairy and agricultural industries. As Managing Director of Jaydee Events, Deanne has led sponsorship and event delivery for conferences, expos, and education programs nationwide, including Cows Create Careers and the South Gippsland Dairy & Farming Expo. When she’s not collaborating with partners or managing events, Deanne enjoys life in Gippsland and staying closely connected to the farming community she proudly supports.
